I can't help but daydream about the days ahead when dustin is here and I get to see him regularly. Naturally I have my concerns (mostly that he will realize I am actually more annoying and less cute than he remembers) but genuinely I am excited. I would like to share some of the things that excite me about our pending change from long-distance relationship to an actual real person relationship and then ultimately our nuptials.
-I can't sit through a single mass without thinking about him... when he is sitting next to me at mass I will be less distracted... right?
-He has the most amazing camera ever. I LOVE taking photos with it, cannot wait to get my hands on it permanently and start snapping away like crazy
-City Island Soccer
-being able to show him all my favorite places and they become our favorite places
-He cooks WAY better than I do. (if you can call Macaroni & Cheese or Ramen Noodles cooking)
-Kissing his face
-Holding hands
-Watching post season baseball while he says "baseball is so boring" but secretly he doesn't mind because I love it. (GO REDSOX!!!)
-lowering our text messaging plans
-being able to actually listen to the radio instead of muting it so we can hear the phone
-going more than 3 minutes without checking our phones for a new text message
-looking at stuff together, at the same time, on the same computer/book/magazine/tv without sending it as an email first.
-hugs
-taking the drive to NJ for a day to see our friends at Montclair
-picking out new records and video games
-playing wii
-listening to records together
-naps... oh wait I do that now!
-sitting on the porch holding hands
-kissing at redlights
-watching movies together
-fighting over the remote
-convincing dustin it is in his best interest to put the toilet seat down
-more kisses, hugs, and handholding!
Yay... 16 days till dustin moves here and 235 till we are married! Each day is better and better!
